I've had a very telling beginning to my new year. My family told me that everything about our life together is about to change dramatically and my friends told me that everything about our lives together is still the same. I think that all works out.

Today these guys were sitting out in Turlington registering people to vote and it reminded me of when we did that for PDY so long ago.

Registration Guy: Hey are you registered to vote?!
Passerby: No.
